The staff was genuinely helpful, and the room had air conditioning, plus the location was very convenient.

Although basic and compact, the room was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. We were unfortunate to have noisy neighbours, but the hotel was excellent value, as was the breakfast.
No complaints about the hotel itself, only the noise from other guests.

It was fairly convenient as an overnight stay on a car trip from the uk through France to Spain and Portugal. It had a reasonable restaurant on site for an evening meal. A basic but acceptable breakfast.
The rooms classed as family rooms for 3 people are really only suitable of a couple with small children. Teenagers / older children would find the small bunk bed over the double difficult.

The room had air conditioning and was super clean, which made for a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. 😊

apart from location absolutely nothing.
Extremely Overpriced I thought, 59 euros a night. The room wasn't big enough to swing a cat. in. Too dark inside room. Not enough sockets. Had a job to boil a kettle to make a cup of tea. Had to stand the kettle on four books. Bathroom also small. I realise that these rooms are probably just for one night, but no comparison to our stay at Monreal de campo.

We were very disappointed with the room. It was very very basic, small and very dull with only little lighting. We have stayed in much better, brighter - and cheaper - budget hotels, with more facilites and nicer rooms. We could not fault the cleanliness. The breakfast was good value if you like a basic French breakfast, but no other choices, ie savoury.
We thought it was expensive for the size and facilites in the room. We would think twice about using the chain again, at this level.

Cozy room that won't break the bank, allows pets 🐾, and had a super comfy bed. the area was really quiet and felt like a great spot to be in.

Overall I greatly enjoyed the stay and do recommend. Thank you very much all for a restful stay for one night. The staff was helpful, nice, and responded promptly to requests. A microwave oven, air conditioner and a work desk were available in my triple room. The location was good - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. There was an excellent restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Althought the room was small it had everything we needed for a one night stay: comfortable beds, en-suite, A/C, free Wi-Fi, TV. The breakfast was very reasonable and staff were helpful. We would certainly book again.

I had a very practical and clean stay at The Originals Access. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. I also appreciated that they allowed pets, as I was traveling with my dog. The location was convenient, with parking available and some nice eateries nearby. I would recommend this hotel for its practicality and cleanliness.
